What is a Mind Break? A mind break is guided meditation session designed to give your relaxation muscle a workout. Yes, even Relaxing is a muscle that needs to be developed. Once you learn how to allow your mind to relax and calm all the mental chatter we experience on a daily basis, you can listen to your gut instincts and experience life in a more calm peaceful way.
This event takes place in a small group setting. You will leave this event in a calmer spirit and clearer focus. I look forward to teaching you the value of meditation and mental relaxation and sharing exactly how to do it so that you can start to develop this vital mental muscle and experience Peace.
